ASEA - Central Education Foundation provides grant for Milwaukee Teen Camp

We’re pleased to announce that Boardslide Mission has received a grant from ASEA - Central Education Foundation to help subsidize our Camp for teens in Milwaukee, WI!

ASEA - Central Education Foundation (CEF)’s mission is to provide an education pathway for all to participate and prepare for a role in the snowsports industry. Their vision includes broadening cultural, demographic, and economic participation, providing access to grants, connections, mentorships, and volunteers, and to remove impediments associated with joining the snowsports industry. As Boardslide and CEF’s missions align, we’re delighted to join forces towards a common goal.

Winter Camp for All is a 4 week learn to ski/snowboard program for youth ages 12-18, that will take place in early 2023. The camp’s goal is to provide accessible programming for teens, with a focus on low-income and historically marginalized communities. Contributors to the program include Share Winter Foundation, The Rock Snowpark, 4Seasons Skatepark, and now CEF. Please see our Events and Programs page for more detail.
